  • How often should I use retinol?
Begin by incorporating retinol into your skincare routine twice weekly. This gradual approach allows your skin to adapt comfortably. As your skin acclimates, you may adjust the frequency.
  • Do I need SPF even if I'm rarely in the sun?
Absolutely. Sun exposure is a major contributor to skin aging. Even if you're not often outdoors, daily SPF is crucial. We offer a range of lightweight, non-greasy SPF products for comfortable everyday use.
  • My skin is very dry. Should I still wash my face twice a day?
For dry skin, it's best to cleanse only in the evening. In the morning, simply rinse your face and gently pat it dry. This approach helps maintain your skin's pH balance and preserves natural oils.
  • Should I exfoliate my skin?
Yes, exfoliation is key. However, physical scrubs aren't suitable for all skin types. Chemical exfoliants might be a better option for you. Check out our videos on the differences between chemical and physical exfoliation. If using a physical scrub, limit its use to 2-3 times per week.
  • How can I extend the results of neurotoxins?
To maximize the benefits of neurotoxins, maintain a diligent morning and evening skincare routine. Focus on products that promote cell turnover, contain growth factors, and ensure proper hydration. For a personalized skincare regimen, we recommend scheduling a consultation with us.
  • How can I receive a personalized skin consultation and product/treatment recommendations?
To begin your journey towards tailored skincare, we invite you to take our comprehensive skin quiz at our skin quiz. This quiz is designed to understand your unique skin needs and preferences. Upon completion, one of our in-house estheticians will review your responses and reach out to you. They will provide expert advice, recommend products, and suggest treatments that are best suited for your skin type and concerns. This personalized approach ensures that you receive the most effective and satisfying skincare experience.
